Job summary

You will lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets, maintaining brand standards, and managing product flow from receiving to the sales floor.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you mentor and train the visual team, oversee the budget and back‑of‑house operations, and analyze KPIs to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and coaching for teams.
• Experience with operating budgets and KPI analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual team to execute seasonal floorsets and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory receiving, replenishment, and back‑of‑house operations.
• Analyze store KPIs to drive sales and optimize floor performance.
• Coach and mentor associates, handling onboarding and training.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and storefront presentation.
