Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to lead visual merchandising and store presentation. You will manage the floor, coach the team, and use data to inform product placement and stock efficiency. The role drives brand standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced clothing retail environment.

The position requires strong leadership, coordination with the General Manager, and a focus on customer-ready visuals and budget-conscious planning.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of operational and visual processes.
• Champion visual standards using business data.
• Lead product presentation and merchandising tasks.
• Plan visual changes including payroll considerations.
• Own visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Use reporting tools to spot opportunities and adjust stock.
• Represent the business in meetings with the GM.
• Monitor budget and performance metrics with the GM.
• Plan future workflows to protect performance.
• Model ALO's mission and principles to the team.
• Coach and develop Visual team; ensure clear communication.
• Build internal/external talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Create schedules aligned to business strategy with GM.
• Execute elements of the Sales and Service Model.
• Collaborate across functions to support goals.
• Navigate organization balancing business needs and brand culture.
