ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through expert visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. This role moves across the sales floor and back of house, coordinating shipments, restocks, floor sets, and stock levels to create an inviting, high-performing store environment.

You will lead by example, coach Associates, manage budgets and reporting, and collaborate with Operations and Visual Managers to implement directives that boost guest

• 2+ years in a client‑centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving and processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restocks and changes.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
