Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales through strategic visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor and in back‑of‑house areas, ensuring a clean, inviting store and efficient operations.

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and update visual merchandising per directive with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes and adapt zones with payroll management.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to completion within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities and adjust product placement.
