Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through expert visual merchandising, working with the Management Team. This role requires active movement on the sales floor and collaboration with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize product presentation and stock levels.

The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering results while maintaining inviting, well‑organized spaces that reflect the brand standards and seasonal directives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving, processing and stock flow on the sales floor.
• Maintain product presentation and restocking per visual directive with Visual Manager.
• Plan and implement visual floor changes with payroll considerations.
• Execute visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to spot opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage budgets, expenses, inventory, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
• Demonstrate business acumen using metrics to support strategies and drive results.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Lead by example, coach Associates, and participate in recruitment and development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training and well-executed initiatives.
• Open and close the store following visual standards.
