Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive sales and profitability through superior visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role involves movement across the sales floor and back of house, leading initiatives in stock, floor sets, and guest experience.

The Visual Lead will oversee merchandising, training, and feedback to Associates, with a focus on delivering consistent visual standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Values feedback and is receptive to coaching.
• Self-motivated with results orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligned with company guiding principles.
• Physically able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising by restocking, destocking, and updating floor sets per directive.
• Plan visual floor changes with management, including payroll adjustments and zone support.
• Execute visual strategy from planning to execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Use management reporting to identify opportunities for product placement and stock optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers on budgets, expenses and facilities.
