Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to join our store leadership team in Santa Clara, CA. You will drive visual and product strategy, overseeing merchandising execution, and leveraging data to optimize product placement and stock levels.

You will plan and implement visual changes, while collaborating with the General Manager to align budgets and timelines. The role demands 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to move across all store areas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising with attention to recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes per directive and with the Visual Manager.
• Plan Visual floor changes through payroll management and adapt visual support to business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
