ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager to lead store operations and visual presentation. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, labor planning, and maintaining a customer-ready environment at all times.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to optimize processes and drive sales performance. The position requires 3–5 years in retail leadership, strong communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) usage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with GM to address gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using data and performance metrics.
• Manage labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries and ensure customer-ready stores.
• Represent the business in meetings with GM; monitor budget and key metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru).
• Lead a team with accountability, coaching, and development to embody ALO’s principles.
