Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team, execute seasonal floorsets, manage product flow from receiving to the salesfloor, and partner with Operations on daily operations and KPIs.

The role focuses on budgeting, replenishment, training, and developing staff while upholding brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee product flow from receiving to the salesfloor and manage back-of-house organization.
• Partner with Operations and store leadership on daily operations including receiving, inventory, and budgeting.
