Job summary

Alo in Atlanta is seeking a Visual Manager to lead store visuals and product strategy. You will drive visual execution, restock, and merchandising changes, leveraging performance data to optimize space and presentation while partnering with the General/Store Manager.

You will manage budgets, schedule, and payroll-related visual initiatives; mentor a team, and ensure the store remains customer-ready, inviting, and aligned with Alo's brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong visual standards and product presentation skills.
• Experience using business data to drive merchandising decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, including restock and destock.
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and adapt visuals to business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
