Job summary

ALO in Miami is seeking a Visual Lead to drive visual merchandising and store operations. You will partner with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize budgets, inventory and the guest experience on the sales floor and back of house.

You’ll lead the team on visual standards, plan floor changes, and respond to business needs with data-driven insights, ensuring timely restocks and flawless presentations. You will coach associates, manage schedules, and maintain a high-energy, guest-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and eager to give/receive feedback.
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results, individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintains strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock, destock and visual changes per directive with Visual Manager.
• Plans visual floor changes with payroll management and adapts zone to business needs.
• Executes and maintains visual direction from planning through execution to meet company budgets and timelines.
• Uses reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
