Job summary

Alo is seeking a Visual Lead in Alpharetta, GA to drive store sales and profitability through in-store visual merchandising. You will work with Operations and Visual Managers to delegate tasks, train associates, and keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.

The role requires movement across the sales floor and back-of-house, with responsibilities in floor sets, stock management, and guest experience. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Receives and provides feedback; driven to results.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Constant movement in all store areas; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving, stock, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain merchandising, restock, and visual changes per directive with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
