FIGS, Inc. invites an Assistant Store Visual Manager to lead our Tysons Community Hub in the DC Metro area.

You will oversee training, development, and performance management of all associates, ensuring an exceptional experience for healthcare professionals and aligning with store goals. You will collaborate with the General Manager and retail leadership to execute the Visual Merchandising Planograms, maintain brand standards, and drive sales through strong leadership, planning, and a positive

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience.
• 2+ years managing Visual Merchandising in high-volume retail.
• Action-oriented, results driven.
• Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Available to work Black Friday through holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of initial Hub setup and launch.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising Planograms are executed flawlessly for each launch.
• Ensure brand standards, decaling, light box installation, and mannequin styling are top-notch.
• Educate and train team members to deliver best-in-class product knowledge.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing product stories and making recommendations.
• Assist in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members.
• Provide weekly feedback on product needs to GM and VM Director.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and accuracy.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 5-30 lbs.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and report issues.
• Foster a positive, productive, and inspirational work environment.
