FIGS is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Visual Manager for our new store opening in Aventura, FL. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead hub setup, implement the FIGS Visual Merchandising plan, and ensure brand standards across all visuals and customer experiences.

You will train and manage the team, oversee inventory and operations, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive, energetic store environment. Availability for Black Friday through holiday periods is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience.
• 2+ years managing Visual Merchandising in a high-volume retail environment.
• Action-oriented, results driven.
• Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support all aspects of initial Hub set up and launch.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising Planograms are executed flawlessly for each launch.
• Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, decal and light box installation, mannequin styling, cleanliness and organization.
• Educate and train team members to deliver product knowledge for best in class customer experiences.
• Serve as a brand ambassador through product expertise and training the team.
• Assist in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members.
• Provide feedback on product needs weekly to SM and Director of VM.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and accuracy.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (5-30 lbs).
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
