Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.

• Climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Work with hand and power operated tools and lift to execute display setups.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities with the Department Manager and execute floor moves.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and educate the team on seasonal campaigns and brand standards.
• Meet customer expectations on direct service per H&M standards; support exceptional customer experience.
• Implement the Visual Identity through the Commercial Handbook and ensure well-styled mannequins in windows and store.
• Follow up on store KPIs with the Department Manager and adjust plans to hit goals.
• Complete daily floor and window routines before opening; maintain visual props and materials.
• Develop the visual and commercial skills of the team via regular visual training.
