Job summary

H&M in Taylor, MI is seeking a Visual Keyholder to inspire customers through compelling garment presentation and fashion knowledge. You will coach the store team to deliver an inspiring customer experience and ensure the Visual Identity aligns with brand guidelines.

You will execute floor moves, support campaigns, and train colleagues while maintaining standards. This hourly, non-exempt role requires flexibility, leadership, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of transferrable experience welcome. Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Together with the Department Manager, determine additional commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Lead floor moves and ensure high-quality visual presentation daily.
• Support the store to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet standards.
• Coach and develop store team on visual and commercial skills.
