Qualifications

• Fashion interests and leadership skills to apply visual and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with being solution focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in store.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equation and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the visual and commercial curation according to guidelines to deliver an elevated customer experience.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize and plan workload in collaboration with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time according to Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform KPI follow-up and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets, store goals, and budgets.
• Follow procedures and best practices for OMNI services, operations, and legal requirements.
