Job summary

H&M in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Visual Keyholder to drive the store's visual identity and deliver an inspiring customer experience. You will lead the team in garment presentation, campaigns, and floor moves in line with the Commercial Handbook and brand standards.

Your day-to-day includes coaching colleagues, ensuring high standards of presentation, meeting customer expectations, and coordinating with the Store Visual Manager to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining store safety and

Qualifications

1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome. Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods, climb a ladder and use a step stool

Responsibilities

Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook
Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities in the store within the H&M brand guidelines
Coach and develop store team to deliver excellent customer service and a strong in-store experience
Maintain visual standards and ensure smooth customer flow through fixtures and signage
