Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Keyholder in Freehold, NJ to create an inspiring store environment and guide the team in delivering the best customer experience while upholding the H&M Visual Identity.

You will drive sales through garment presentation, support campaigns, coaching and development, ensure on‑brand windows and floors, and maintain daily store routines with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• A multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail
• 1-2+ years of transferable experience welcome. Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
• May be required to travel to support other stores

Responsibilities

• Sales and profit: set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows per guidelines.
• Fashion Knowledge: stay updated on trends and share with the team.
• Direct Customer Service: meet customer expectations per H&M standards.
• Indirect Customer Service: implement Visual Identity through the Commercial Handbook.
• Commercial Routines: track store KPIs and act to reach goals.
• Visual Store Operations: complete floor moves and routines daily.
