Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Lead to drive in-store visual merchandising, floor replenishment, and guest experience on the sales floor. You will partner with the Management Team and Visual Managers to optimize layouts, product placement, and stock levels, ensuring a retail environment that aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making.
• Values feedback and receptive to feedback improvements.
• Self-motivated with results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Requires constant movement around all store areas.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb ladders.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing.
• Handle reverse transfers and replenishment.
• Perform floor set updates and stock management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with guidance from Visual Manager.
