Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using business data.
• Lead product presentation and merchandising; manage restock and recovery per directives.
• Plan visual changes through payroll planning and align with business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
