• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising through restock, destock, and visual changes with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and adapt to business needs.
• Use reporting tools to identify opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, expenses and inventory controls.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team and guest needs.
• Lead by example, coach Associates and contribute to recruitment and development.
