Job summary

ALO Yoga is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through effective visual merchandising in partnership with the management team. The role requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor and back of house, ensuring the store remains clean, inviting, and well-organized.

You will manage shipments, replenishment, floor resets, and merchandising changes, while using reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels. Open/close per visual standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating decision making.
• Values feedback and provides feedback to others.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and help the team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all areas of store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and stock processing, reverse transfers and floor recovery.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock/destock changes.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and zone needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
