Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map, plan and execute floorset timelines to drive sales and seasonal strategy.
• Lead daily disciplines to maximize markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM/DVM on adaptations from directives to store ownership, layout or customer needs.
• Analyze reporting to identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive results.
• Communicate inventory needs to DM and distribution to increase sell-through and margin.
• Partner with GM on associate productivity and performance related to visual standards.
• Maintain visual supplies and signage; communicate supply needs to GM.
• Ensure payroll/workload planning is used effectively.
• Motivate talent; onboard and train visual staff; support customer-focused service.
• Model enthusiasm for the customer and connect with Design support.
