Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to partner with management and the District Visual Manager to execute the store's display strategy.

You will coach the visual team, maintain standards, and drive productivity while ensuring the store remains a neighborhood destination for inspiration. The role focuses on leading visual merchandising, planning floorsets, coordinating with store leadership, and analyzing reports to improve profitability and sell-through.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in home design or visual merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display, plan floorset timelines to drive sales.
• Maintain daily routines for markdowns, promotions, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM/DVM to adapt directives to store needs.
• Analyze reports to identify profitability improvements and opportunities.
• Coordinate with GM on payroll and workload planning; support training.
