Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead Visual Merchandising professional to partner with management to execute store visual strategy and coaching for the visual team.

You will drive floorset planning, signage, and productivity while ensuring the customer-centric, People First culture across the store. The role requires strong leadership, experience in visual merchandising, and the ability to translate directives into actionable plans, while maintaining excellent customer experience on the sales

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills for guiding the visual team.
• Experience supervising shifts in a retail environment.
• Background in visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display.
• Map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets with management.
• Analyze reporting to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Communicate inventory needs to drive sell-through and margin.
• Partner with store leadership on productivity related to visual standards.
• Maintain signage and supplies, and plan payroll/workload with GM.
