Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a VisuaI Merchandising Lead to collaborate with management and the District Visual Manager.

You will execute the store’s visual strategy, coach the team, and drive productivity while upholding visual standards that make the store a neighborhood destination for inspiration. Responsibilities include leading displays, coordinating floorset timelines, and partnering on inventory and payroll planning.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, organization and leadership are essential.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through actions.
• Active on the sales floor; standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.
• 1-3 years of retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• 1-2 years in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map and execute floorset timelines to drive sales.
• Maintain daily disciplines for markdowns, promotions, signage, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM and DVM to adapt directives for store ownership and layout.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive results.
• Communicate inventory needs to maximize sell-through and margin.
• Partner with GM on associate productivity and performance to visual standards.
• Maintain visual supplies and signage; plan payroll and workload with GM.
• Support onboarding and training for visual team.
