Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to partner with management to execute the store's display strategy and lead the visual team. The role focuses on coaching, routines, and maximizing productivity while sustaining our neighborhood-inspired environment.

The position requires strong communication and leadership, with goals to drive sales, optimize floorsets, inventory planning and guest-focused service in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map, plan and execute floorset timelines.
• Maintain daily routines to optimize markdowns, promotions, signage, replenishment.
• Collaborate with GM/DVM to adapt directives to store specifics and layout.
• Analyze reporting to identify opportunities for profitability and results.
• Communicate inventory needs to DM and distribution to improve sell-through.
• Partner with GM on associate productivity and performance regarding visuals.
• Ensure signage organization and communicate supply needs to GM.
• Assist payroll/workload planning with GM and help motivate talent.
• Guide onboarding; facilitate visual training and skill-building.
• Prioritize customer needs and connect with Design support when needed.
• Adhere to safety, security and all company policies.
