Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to partner with management and the District Visual Manager to execute the store’s visual strategy.

The role focuses on coaching the visual team, modeling routines, and maximizing productivity while keeping the store a neighborhood destination for inspiration. You will drive floorset planning, promotions, signage, inventory coordination, and staffing to ensure visual standards and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets to drive sales.
• Lead and maintain daily disciplines and routines that maximize efficient execution of markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM and DVM on adaptations/substitutions from directives to account for stores ownership, layout or customer.
• Analyze various reporting to look for opportunities to improve profitability and drive results.
• Communicate inventory needs to DM and distribution in partnership with GM to increase sell-through and maximize margin.
