You will analyze reports to improve profitability, collaborate on payroll/workload planning, and ensure signage and stock presentation meet standards while delivering an inspiring customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate others.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Retail experience with shift supervision preferred.
• Experience in home design or visual merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; partner to map floorset timelines and seasonal strategy.
• Coach visual team on routines to maximize productivity and store standards.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive results.
• Collaborate on payroll/workload planning to optimize staffing.
• Maintain signage organization and coordinate inventory needs with management.
