Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to partner with store management to execute display strategies, manage routines, and coach the visual team.

The role focuses on maximizing productivity, driving seasonal plans, and ensuring the store remains a neighborhood destination for inspiration. Candidates should have 1-3 years retail sales with supervision experience, 1-2 years in visual merchandising or stockroom duties, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
• Able to be active, standing, walking, bending, lifting for extended periods.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets.
• Maintain daily disciplines for markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM/DVM on adaptations from directives for store ownership and layout.
