Job summary

ALO in Aspen, CO seeks a Visual Lead to drive store sales through compelling visual merchandising and strong guest service. You will partner with Operations and Visual Managers to plan floor sets, manage shipments, replenishment, and inventory while maintaining brand standards on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, coach Associates, and use reporting tools to spot opportunities in product placement and stock levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Able to receive and act on feedback.
• Self-motivated with strong results drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Align with ALO guiding principles.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving and restock, floor set updates.
• Maintain merchandising by restocking and adjusting displays per directive.
• Plan visual changes with payroll and zone needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budget/timeline.
• Use reporting tools to identify opportunities and adjust placements.
