Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in Aspen, CO to drive sales and profitability through expert visual merchandising and collaboration with our Management Team. The role requires frequent movement around the store, leadership in merchandising changes, and partnership with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a client-centric sales environment, strong communication, and the ability to motivate staff while maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and is receptive to feedback.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results both individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key store operations functions (shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor sets).
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising with the Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and adapt visual support to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution, meeting budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities and adjust product placement and stock levels.
