Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in Pasadena, CA to drive profitable store operations through expert visual merchandising and strong leadership. You will manage shipments, replenishment, and stock while maintaining compelling product presentation on the sales floor and back of house.

Collaborate with the Visual and Operations teams to execute floor changes and drive KPIs. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a client-centric sales role, proven leadership, and a proactive, feedback-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising per directive with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll data and business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
