Job summary

ALO in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales through strategic visual merchandising and team leadership. You’ll partner with Operations and Visual Managers to execute floor sets, manage shipments, and maintain inviting presentation across the sales floor and back of house.

As a lead, you’ll coach Associates, monitor performances using store metrics, and ensure dazzling guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving and replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising per directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and zone needs.
• Lead and coach Associates to meet visual standards and guest experience.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize budgets and inventory.
