Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead (Full-Time) at One Colorado to drive store sales through strategic visual merchandising. The role partners with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize product placement, stock levels and floor presentation, while guiding a team to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.

The position requires mobility on the sales floor, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to weekend shifts and the holiday season. ALO offers competitive perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years client-centric sales experience.
• Open to feedback and able to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with results-driven attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must align with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to move throughout store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; climb ladders safely.
• Must be able to stand and move for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, and stock movement to ensure efficient store operations.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan and execute visual floor changes and zone improvements with payroll and business needs.
• Lead visual direction from planning through execution, meeting company budgets and timelines.
• Use management reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
