Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Floor Lead (Visual Merchandising) to guide our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead on the sales floor, train staff, and champion Vuori’s brand standards in product knowledge and visual presentation. Responsibilities include managing daily operations when the Store Manager is away, driving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and maintaining stock, fitting rooms, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Ability to train and motivate staff and manage store operations.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
