Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering Vuori’s brand values through confident product knowledge and a positive outlook. The Floor Lead will supervise the retail floor under the General Manager and collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager.

You will create unforgettable customer experiences, nurture relationships with customers, and drive daily operations, merchandising, and inventory while maintaining Vuori’s standards of service.

Competenze

• Must be available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
