Vuori, Inc. seeks a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering Vuori’s brand values and top-notch customer experiences. The Floor Lead will supervise the floor, delegate tasks, and act as a go-to leadership figure under the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include creating unforgettable customer experiences, maintaining merchandising standards, training staff, and driving sales in a team-based environment. Availability for 8-hour shifts, mornings/evenings, is required.

Formación

• Experience leading a sales team in a retail environment.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to lift and move products up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts, mornings and/or evenings, 5 days/week, with at least one weekend day.

Responsabilidades

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Lead the sales team to ensure the customer experience is the top priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
• Engage customers about product details and upcoming events to build relationships.
• Lead daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
