Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Floor Lead with a focus on visual merchandising to guide the store team and uphold brand standards. You will engage customers with product knowledge, provide honest feedback on fit, and foster lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to coaching the team, you will manage floor operations when leadership is not present, drive sales through teamwork, and stay current on new products to support shopper decisions.

• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver the best customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers with sizes and fit.
• Build relationships with customers and invite them to events.
• Be knowledgeable on new products and best sellers and share with customers and team.
• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of store leadership.
