Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team and embody Vuori's brand values on the floor. You will communicate product details with customers, mentor staff, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

You will lead daily floor operations, drive sales goals within a team-based commission setup, and stay current on new product lines. The role requires morning/evening availability and physical activity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team on the store floor and model Vuori’s brand values.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and oversee daily floor operations.
• Provide product knowledge, fit guidance, and feedback to customers.
• Build relationships with customers and invite them to events and launches.
