Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company-directed VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences, while delivering key product stories and sell-through strategies in line with brand standards.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and some education or experience in visual/mashion merchandising, graphic design, or interior design.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience required.
• Education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design or space planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a world-class experience.
• Create visually compelling product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Manage VM flips, window activations, signage, and weekly merchandise changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching on brand standards and display techniques to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and supportive working relationships.
