Job summary

CHANEL in Beverly Hills is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising for Rodeo Drive. You will maintain brand image, elevate client experience, and support selling processes under the Boutique Director and VM Manager.

Responsibilities include rapid display adjustments, showroom prep, event support, and meticulous VM documentation, with a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.
• Ability to work on a ladder; lift 30–40 lb.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the selling process by adjusting displays and replenishing items on the selling floor.
• Serve as VM Lead contact when not available, including weekends and holidays.
• Support operations with floor moves and collection launches, including display prep.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance as changes are made.
• Keep window item documentation current (SKU, price, size).
• Assist in events, sales, seasonal installs, and other business initiatives in the Boutique.
• Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
