Job summary

CHANEL South Coast Plaza seeks an Associate, Visual Merchandising to uphold the brand image and enhance the client experience. You will report to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager and collaborate with the boutique team.

You will support on-floor merchandising, display updates, and event preparations while ensuring accurate product documentation and a seamless selling process for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or boutique operations.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience with digital photography and cataloging of window items.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CHANEL brand image in the Boutique and elevate client experience.
• Support VM lead by handling displays, mannequins, and product substitutions as needed.
• Coordinate with store team and operations on floor moves and launches.
• Update product documentation, SKUs, prices, and sizes for reference.
• Assist in events, seasonal installs, and corporate initiatives in the Boutique.
