Job summary

CHANEL, INC. in Dallas is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising to uphold the brand image in the Boutique and elevate client experiences.

This role reports to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager and involves hands-on merchandising, display upkeep, and collaboration with selling teams. You will change mannequins, replenish items, support events and launches, document window items, and maintain inventories.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.
• Ability to work on a ladder; lift 30–40 lb and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the brand image in the Boutique and elevate client experience.
• Change mannequins, replenish items, and substitutions on displays as needed.
• Support VM Lead when on other projects, during holidays and weekends.
• Assist with events, sales, seasonal installs, and launches.
• Communicate with boutique selling team and management.
