Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the brand image in-store, elevate the client experience, and support the selling process under the Boutique Director.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail, basic knowledge of operations, merchandising, and digital photography, with an associate degree preferred in fashion.

You will collaborate with the boutique team, update VM displays, move items for launches, and participate in events to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail environments.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the selling process by adjusting mannequins and replenishing items on the floor.
• Serve as VM lead contact when unavailable or on other projects.
• Support operations with product prep for floor moves and launches.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance purposes.
• Keep window item documentation (SKU, price, size) current.
• Assist in events and seasonal installs to drive business results.
• Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
