Job summary

CHANEL in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the brand image in the Boutique and elevate the client experience. This role reports to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager.

You will expedite the selling process, manage displays, and support events, launches and daily operations while collaborating with the selling team to deliver a luxurious client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the selling process by updating displays, replenishing items, and substitutions as needed.
• Be the point of contact for VM Lead when unavailable or on other projects.
• Support Operations with floor moves and collection launches, including display prep.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance purposes.
• Keep window item documentation (SKU, price, size) current for selling team.
• Assist in events, sales, seasonal installs and other business initiatives in the Boutique.
• Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
