Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising, Rodeo to uphold the brand image in the Boutique and elevate the client experience. You will report to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager.

Role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and flexibility to support events, launches, and ongoing merchandising needs while maintaining high standards of luxury service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Ability to work on a ladder and lift up to 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the brand image in the Boutique and elevate client experience.
• Report to the Boutique Director with dotted line to Regional VM Manager.
• Change mannequins, replenish items, and adjust displays as needed for clients.
• Support VM Lead during projects, holidays, and weekends.
• Assist with floor moves, collection launches, and event setups.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance and keep item documentation current.
