CHANEL, Beverly Hills-based, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for the Rodeo Drive boutique. This role owns day-to-day VM execution, leads the boutique VM team, and ensures brand standards and the strategic vision from senior VM leadership are reflected.

You will partner with boutique leadership to translate directives into compelling, client-centric environments that support business priorities, while mentoring the VM team and safeguarding the brand image.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated visual merchandising experience in luxury retail.
• Experience leading or coordinating a VM team within a boutique.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into polished displays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute VM activities within one boutique in a lighthouse market.
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards across client-facing areas.
• Develop and mentor the VM team within the boutique.
• Partner with boutique leadership to align VM with sales priorities.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld while adapting to business needs.
