Job summary

CHANEL in Miami is seeking a Fashion Advisor assistant to maintain the brand image in-store, elevate client experience, and assist the selling process. You will report to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager.

Responsibilities include updating displays, replenishing items, coordinating with the VM team, and supporting events and collection launches while delivering elevated service to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.
• Ability to work on a ladder; lift 30–40 lb.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store presence to support client sales and service.
• Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances deemed appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the selling process by maintaining displays and substitutions.
• Be the point of contact for VM Lead during other projects and weekends.
• Support Operations with floor moves and collection launches.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance.
• Keep documentation of window items current for selling team.
• Assist in events, sales, seasonal installs and other business initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
